Can you make custom formulated products?
Yes, we can help you create your custom powder or capsule product.

What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
Our MOQ is 144 units for custom and stock formulations.

What will I need to get started?
We can walk you through the entire process from start to finish. If you have a plan for how to sell your products and a budget, we can hold your hand through the rest of the process.

Can I get samples before production?
Yes, you can order up to 3 flavors of your custom formulated powder product for $500. That amount is credited to your future order when you move forward, making your samples effectively free when you go into production.

How long is your typical turnaround time?
Our average turnaround time AFTER we receive your printed label is 8-10 weeks. This can vary based on formulation and packaging.

Do you offer design services for logos and labels?
Yes, we have full service design services from experienced artists available.

Do you use FDA Registered, GMP Certified facilities?
Yes, the facilities we use are FDA Registered and GMP Certified.

Can you help with Amazon documentation?
Yes, we have helped hundreds of Amazon sellers.

What types of products do you produce?

What is the average startup cost to have a product created?
The average investment needed to get started is around $5000. This cost varies greatly with the type of product you order and the order quantity.

Do you offer Fulfillment Services?
We currently do not offer fulfillment services. However, we can connect you with one of our preferred fulfillment providers.

Do you offer Website Design?
Yes, we have a partnered agency that can help create your website at a special rate for Pure Private Label referrals.

I can't say enough things about Pure Private Label, and Rush in particular. He goes over and beyond to check in constantly (our prior supplier was unresponsive) and he is always thinking of new ideas and ways that you can add value to your brand and your product line. I am astonished by how responsive he is and it makes us feel as though he is invested hugely in the success of our brand. I can not thank him enough for the time, attention and passion he puts into his work. When you are able to cut lead times down from 4-5 months to 3 weeks, that's mind-blowing! He made that happen for us!
